Sally Creek Apartments

Built-in 2017, this luxury mid-rise apartment building is part of the beautiful Sally Creek Community in Woodstock. Stunning stonework and the brick façade feature on the exterior while numerous amenities and quality finishes make the 106 unit apartment an attractive home. The structure of the building is cold-formed steel panels on poured concrete foundations with hollow-core floor slabs. Sierra worked together with Philip Agar Architects to deliver this Construction Management project for the Owner.
